Spritz Select
A Spritz Select is made with Select Bitter instead of Aperol. A pitted green olive is used to garnish instead of the orange slice.
Spritz Limoncello
The only difference between the Aperol Spritz and the Spritz Limoncello is that the latter uses limoncello (lemon liqueur) instead of Aperol. The orange slice can be substituted with a lemon slice.
Spritz Hugo
The Spritz Hugo differs from the Aperol Spritz as it includes elderflower syrup instead of Aperol. It is garnished with a lemon slice and mint.
Rosé Lillet Spritz
To make a Rosé Lillet Spritz, you need 60 ml of Lillet Rosé, 30 ml of Club Soda, ice and fruit. First, add the ice, then pour in the Lillet and the Club Soda. Finish by garnishing to taste.
Prickly Pear Spritz
To make a Prickly Pear Spritz, you need 30 ml of tequila, 15 ml of Prickly Pear Syrup, 15 ml of lemon juice, 60 ml of Prosecco, soda water and lemon peel for garnish. First mix the tequila, syrup and lemon juice in a shaker. Shake well and pour into a glass with ice. Then, top it with Prosecco and garnish with lemon peel.
Strawberry Aperol Spritz
In a Strawberry Aperol Spritz, the orange slice is replaced with two chopped strawberries.
Rosé Blackberry Spritz
To make a Rosé Blackberry Spritz, you need 45 ml of Rosé aperitif, 15 ml of Gin, 15 ml of lemon juice, blackberry soda and fresh blackberries. First, mix all the ingredients except the blackberry soda in a shaker. Then, pour the mixture into a wine glass with ice and top with blackberry soda. Garnish with blackberries.
Bitter Strawberry Spritz
A Bitter Strawberry Spritz is made with 30 ml of Gin, 23 ml of strawberry syrup, 15 ml of lemon juice, 60 ml of soda water, a bit of Peychaud's Bitters, and lemon peel and strawberry for garnish. In a shaker, mix the gin, strawberry syrup and lemon juice. Shake well and pour into a cocktail or champagne glass. Add soda water and a bit of Peychaud's Bitters on top. Garnish with lemon peel and strawberries.
Blue Lagoon Spritz
Blue Lagoon Spritz is made with 30 ml of Vodka, 15 ml of Blue Curacao Liqueur and 60 ml of lemon soda water. First, mix all the ingredients except the soda in a shaker. Shake well and pour into a glass with ice, then add the soda water. Garnish with an edible flower.
